Order Status

Returns
We stand behind our products 100%. If you’re not happy within 30 days after purchase, we want to hear from you and learn why. We would be grateful if you would call us (888.WEI.EAST) and tell one of our friendly Beauty Specialists about your experience. If you ordered directly from Wei East
- Mail the product back to: Wei East PO Box 525 Newtown Square, PA 19073
- Along with your package, include a note with your name, address and telephone number.
- We will reimburse your credit card for the purchase, less shipping and handling. If you purchased from HSN follow their return policies. (But we’d still love to hear from you about your experience. Please feel free to call us.)
Shipping
- UPS Ground is standard, and costs $6.95 for orders up to $75.00. Orders over $75.00 are shipped free.
- United States Postal Service delivery is used for delivery to P.O. Boxes at the standard shipping rate of $6.95.
- Expedited shipping is available as well and are offered during your online ordering process. Please feel free to call us (888.WEI.EAST) with any specific questions.
