• UPS Ground is standard, and costs $6.95 for orders up to $75.00. Orders over $75.00 are shipped free.
• Expedited shipping is available as well and are offered during your online ordering process. Please feel free to call us with any specific questions.

To find out the status of an order, please log-in to your Wei East account and click the 'order history' tab. Or, email help@weieast.com with your name and order number, and we'll get back to you within 1 working day.

Returns

We stand behind our products 100%. If you're not happy with any Wei East product, we want to hear from you and learn why. We would be grateful if you would call us (888.WEI.EAST) and tell one of our friendly Beauty Specialists about your experience.

If you ordered directly from Wei East

• Mail the product back to Wei East with a note that includes your name, address and telephone number.
• We will reimburse your credit card for the purchase, less shipping and handling.

If you purchased from HSN, follow their return policies. (But we'd still love to hear from you about your experience. Please feel free to call us.)
